1. Services Provided

Lucky’s Clean Lawn provides residential dog waste removal, including weekly service, every-other-week service, initial or heavy cleanups, and one-time cleanups. Optional services may include spot deodorizing and full-yard deodorizing.

Only the areas listed in the customer’s approved quote or service agreement will be searched and cleaned. Areas that are locked, blocked, unsafe, inaccessible, or not included in the approved service area may not be serviced.

Services do not include lawn mowing, landscaping, removal of household trash, removal of construction debris, animal handling, veterinary care, pest control, or specialized hazardous-waste cleanup unless specifically agreed to in writing.

2. Quotes, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The customer’s exact price may be based on:

  • Number and size of dogs

  • Yard size and searchable dog area

  • Service frequency

  • Amount of accumulated waste

  • Yard condition and visibility

  • Access requirements

  • Additional requested services

  • Property location

The customer will receive an exact quote or estimate for approval before regular service begins.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Lucky’s Clean Lawn may revise a quote when the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or when the actual yard conditions differ substantially from what was described.

Any applicable taxes or separately approved charges will be shown on the customer’s quote, estimate, invoice, or receipt.

3. Recurring Service

Recurring service may be scheduled weekly or every other week, as stated in the customer’s approved quote.

Recurring service continues until canceled by the customer or ended by Lucky’s Clean Lawn. The customer does not need to submit a new request before each regularly scheduled visit.

The selected frequency refers to the intended service interval. The exact service day may occasionally change because of weather, holidays, route adjustments, emergencies, or other reasonable scheduling needs.

The customer must notify Lucky’s Clean Lawn of changes that may affect service or pricing, including:

  • Additional dogs

  • Changes in the areas used by the dogs

  • Changes to gates or access instructions

  • Moving to a different property

  • Significant changes in yard size or condition

  • Known illnesses or parasites affecting the dogs

4. Initial, Heavy, and One-Time Cleanups

Initial, heavy, and one-time cleanups may be priced according to the estimated amount of waste, yard size, yard condition, and expected labor time.

The quoted price is based on the condition described by the customer and any photographs or information provided before service.

If the actual accumulation or yard condition requires substantially more work than expected, Lucky’s Clean Lawn may:

  • Contact the customer for approval of an additional charge;

  • Complete only the amount of work covered by the approved quote; or

  • Reschedule or decline the service when the job cannot reasonably be completed as quoted.

Additional work will not knowingly be charged without customer approval.

5. Scheduling and Arrival Times

Lucky’s Clean Lawn schedules customers according to location, route efficiency, service frequency, weather, and workload.

Service days may be provided, but exact arrival times are not guaranteed. Arrival times may vary from week to week.

Customers normally do not need to be home. Lucky’s Clean Lawn may send an arrival notice, completion message, or both, depending on the customer’s communication preferences and available service.

Routes may occasionally be adjusted because of weather, holidays, emergencies, traffic, illness, equipment problems, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Property Access and Customer Presence

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reliable access to every approved service area.

This may include:

  • Leaving gates unlocked

  • Providing an accurate gate code

  • Removing padlocks or obstructions

  • Providing permission to enter through the agreed access point

  • Keeping vehicles, equipment, and other items from blocking access

Customers normally do not need to be present during service.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will enter only through the approved access point and will not enter a customer’s home unless a separate written arrangement has been made.

Customers should notify Lucky’s Clean Lawn before service of alarms, cameras with audible warnings, automatic gates, difficult latches, or other access conditions that may affect service.

7. Inaccessible Properties and Missed Service

A property may be considered inaccessible when:

  • A gate is locked;

  • An access code is missing or incorrect;

  • The approved entrance is blocked;

  • A dog is loose when it was required to be secured;

  • The yard or entrance presents an unsafe condition; or

  • Access was otherwise not available at the time of the scheduled visit.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer when practical but is not required to wait at the property for access to be provided.

An inaccessible or unsafe visit may be treated as a completed route stop and may be charged at the normal service price because time and route space were reserved.

When service is missed because the property was inaccessible, accumulated waste may result in an additional charge at the next visit.

8. Gates and Fences

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will make a reasonable effort to close and check any gate used during service.

The customer is responsible for maintaining gates, fences, locks, hinges, latches, and other access equipment in safe working condition.

The customer must notify Lucky’s Clean Lawn of gates that require special handling or do not latch securely.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn is not responsible for an animal escaping because of a defective, damaged, unstable, improperly installed, or previously unsecured gate or fence that was not caused by Lucky’s Clean Lawn.

When a gate cannot be secured after service, Lucky’s Clean Lawn will attempt to contact the customer and may take reasonable temporary steps to reduce the immediate risk.

9. Dogs and Animal Safety

Unless specifically approved in advance, dogs must be kept inside the home or otherwise secured away from the service area while Lucky’s Clean Lawn is working.

Friendly behavior reported by the customer does not guarantee that a dog will react safely to a person entering the yard.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may refuse, stop, or reschedule service when a dog appears aggressive, territorial, frightened, uncontrolled, or otherwise unsafe.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about known aggression, bite history, escape behavior, or other safety concerns.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn is not responsible for supervising, handling, feeding, exercising, restraining, or providing care for a customer’s animals.

10. Yard Conditions, Hazards, and Personal Property

The customer is responsible for maintaining reasonably safe working conditions in the service area.

The customer must disclose known hazards, including:

  • Holes or unstable ground

  • Broken glass or sharp objects

  • Exposed wires

  • Unmarked sprinkler heads

  • Chemicals or pesticides

  • Animal traps

  • Construction materials

  • Unsafe decks, steps, or walkways

  • Dangerous plants or insects

  • Other conditions that could cause injury or property damage

Tall grass, heavy leaves, standing water, mud, snow, toys, clutter, dense landscaping, or poor lighting may conceal dog waste and make complete removal more difficult.

Customers should remove toys, hoses, tools, decorations, and fragile items from the service area whenever practical.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may decline or stop service when conditions are unsafe or prevent a reasonable search of the yard.

11. Weather, Holidays, and Unsafe Conditions

Service may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or suspended because of:

  • Lightning or severe storms

  • Heavy rain

  • Flooding or standing water

  • Ice or snow

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • High winds

  • Muddy or unstable ground

  • Dangerous road conditions

  • Other conditions that make travel or yard service unsafe

Light rain or ordinary weather does not necessarily prevent service.

When a weather delay occurs, Lucky’s Clean Lawn may complete the visit later that day, move it to another day, or resume service at the next practical opportunity.

Holiday schedules may require service days to be moved. Customers will be notified of significant schedule changes whenever reasonably possible.

12. Skipping, Canceling, or Ending Service

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to skip or cancel a scheduled visit.

A skip or cancellation received less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged at the normal service price because route space was reserved.

Recurring service may be canceled by phone, text message, or email. Cancellation is not complete until the request has been received by Lucky’s Clean Lawn.

The customer remains responsible for services already performed and any outstanding balance.

Skipped visits may result in additional waste accumulation. The next visit may require an additional charge when the yard requires substantially more work than a normal recurring visit.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may suspend or end service because of nonpayment, repeated access problems, unsafe conditions, aggressive dogs, abusive conduct, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances that make continued service unreasonable.

13. Payment and Recurring Billing

Payment terms will be shown on the customer’s quote, estimate, invoice, recurring invoice, or payment authorization.

Customers receiving recurring service may be required to keep a valid payment method on file through Square.

By authorizing recurring payments, the customer authorizes Lucky’s Clean Lawn and its payment processor to charge the approved service amount, applicable taxes, and separately approved charges according to the agreed billing schedule.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Failed, declined, expired, or disputed payments may result in service suspension. The customer is responsible for updating expired or invalid payment information.

Any billing question should be reported promptly so it can be reviewed before the next billing cycle.

14. Price Adjustments

Recurring prices may be adjusted when:

  • The number or size of dogs changes;

  • The service area becomes larger;

  • The yard becomes substantially more difficult to search;

  • Service frequency changes;

  • Repeated skipped visits create additional accumulation;

  • Access requirements increase the time needed;

  • The customer moves to a different location; or

  • Business costs or general pricing change.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will notify the customer before applying a customer-specific price increase caused by changed service conditions.

For general recurring-price changes, Lucky’s Clean Lawn will make a reasonable effort to provide at least 30 days’ advance notice.

The customer may cancel recurring service before a new general price takes effect.

15. Waste Removal and Disposal

Dog waste collected during service will be securely bagged and hauled away unless another arrangement is specifically approved.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will not normally place collected waste in the customer’s household trash container.

Service includes reasonable cleanup of dog waste found within the approved service areas. It does not include removal of household garbage, landscaping waste, construction debris, wildlife carcasses, human waste, or other unrelated material.

16. Deodorizing Services

Spot deodorizing and full-yard deodorizing are optional odor-reduction services.

Deodorizing products will be used according to their label instructions. Customers should disclose known sensitivities involving people, animals, plants, or property before treatment.

Deodorizing is intended to reduce odors. It is not a veterinary treatment, pest-control treatment, disinfecting service, sterilization service, or guarantee that all odors, bacteria, parasites, stains, or contaminants will be eliminated.

Results may vary because of:

  • Weather

  • Soil and drainage conditions

  • Grass and landscaping

  • Continued pet use

  • The source and age of the odor

  • The amount of urine or waste present

The customer should keep dogs and people away from treated areas for any period stated on the product label or communicated by Lucky’s Clean Lawn.

17. Courtesy Stool Observation

As a courtesy, Lucky’s Clean Lawn may notify the customer when an obvious concern is noticed during waste removal, such as:

  • Visible blood

  • Unusual color or consistency

  • Diarrhea

  • Worm-like material

  • Foreign objects or debris

  • Other clearly visible abnormalities

This courtesy observation is not a veterinary examination, medical diagnosis, laboratory test, health guarantee, or substitute for veterinary care.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn does not guarantee that every abnormality will be noticed or reported.

Customers are responsible for contacting a veterinarian regarding concerns about their dog’s health.

18. Contagious Illnesses and Hazardous Materials

Customers must notify Lucky’s Clean Lawn before service when a dog has a known or suspected contagious illness, intestinal parasite, or other condition that could create a health or contamination risk.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may delay, modify, or suspend service until the condition has been addressed and the service area can be entered safely.

Standard dog waste removal and deodorizing do not constitute specialized disinfection or biohazard remediation.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may refuse to handle:

  • Needles or medical waste

  • Chemicals or pesticides

  • Human waste

  • Wildlife carcasses

  • Large amounts of liquid waste

  • Unknown substances

  • Sharp or dangerous objects

  • Materials requiring specialized protective equipment or disposal

The customer is responsible for arranging appropriate removal of hazardous materials that fall outside normal dog waste service.

19. Photographs and Service Documentation

Lucky’s Clean Lawn may take limited photographs or make written notes for legitimate service purposes, including:

  • Documenting yard conditions

  • Confirming gate condition

  • Recording blocked access

  • Showing unusual waste accumulation

  • Documenting hazards

  • Verifying service completion

  • Reviewing a customer concern

Reasonable care will be taken to avoid unnecessary photographs of people, private household areas, or unrelated personal property.

Identifiable photographs of the customer’s property or animals will not be used publicly for advertising or social media without permission.

Service records and photographs will be handled according to Lucky’s Clean Lawn’s Privacy Policy.

20. Service Concerns, Missed Areas, and Property Damage

Lucky’s Clean Lawn makes a reasonable effort to thoroughly search all approved and accessible service areas.

Dog waste may occasionally be concealed by grass, leaves, mud, plants, toys, clutter, darkness, or other yard conditions.

Customers should report concerns within 24 hours of service whenever possible. The report should include the service address, a description of the concern, and photographs when helpful.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn will review the concern and, when appropriate, may arrange a touch-up, provide a service credit, or offer another reasonable resolution.

Lucky’s Clean Lawn is not responsible for preexisting damage, ordinary wear, concealed objects, defective gates or fences, unmarked underground or irrigation equipment, unstable surfaces, or damage resulting from conditions that were not reasonably visible.

Any claim that Lucky’s Clean Lawn caused property damage should be reported promptly so the condition can be reviewed before it changes or is repaired.

21. Communications, Policy Changes, and Contact Information

Customers agree that Lucky’s Clean Lawn may contact them regarding quotes, scheduling, service completion, access problems, billing, weather delays, policy updates, and other service-related matters by phone, text message, or email.

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

In an apparent emergency involving an animal, person, property, open gate, or immediate safety concern, Lucky’s Clean Lawn may attempt to contact the customer and may take reasonable steps to reduce an immediate risk. Lucky’s Clean Lawn does not assume responsibility for monitoring the property or animals outside the normal service being provided.

These Service Policies may be updated as the business, services, laws, or operating procedures change. Material changes affecting existing recurring customers will be communicated before they take effect whenever reasonably possible.

Continued service after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If any part of these Service Policies is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.
